1. Payment Terms:

All readings must be paid for in full upfront at the time of booking.
A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.
By completing payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling:

You may reschedule your appointment once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice is treated as a cancellation and is non‑refundable.
If you do not attend your scheduled session (a “no‑show”), no refund will be issued.

3. Refund Policy:

Because tarot readings are a personalised, time‑based service, the following refund rules apply:

Full refunds are available only if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

No refunds are issued for:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
Missed appointments.
Dissatisfaction with the reading’s content, style, or outcome.

If I need to cancel for any reason, you will be offered either:

A full refund (if 24 hours notice or more is given), or
The option to reschedule at no extra cost.

4. Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be treated as a no‑show, and no refund will be provided.

5. Nature of the Service:

Tarot readings are offered for guidance, reflection, and entertainment purposes only.
They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.
You are responsible for your own decisions and actions following a reading.

6. Age Requirement:
